Audrey is a trauma-informed counsellor based in Canberra, helping people navigate life’s challenges with warmth, understanding, and steadiness. She works with individuals, couples, children, and families, providing a safe space to explore emotions, relationships, and past experiences.
She supports clients dealing with trauma, relationship difficulties, family conflict, eating disorders, anxiety, and depression. Audrey takes a collaborative, client-led approach, drawing on therapies such as Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT), Play Therapy, Emotion-Focused Therapy (EFT), Gottman Method and Narrative Therapy - tailored to each person’s needs.
She holds a Master of Counselling and a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from the University of Canberra and is an ACA Registered Counsellor. Audrey’s practice is built on the belief that safe, supportive connection is at the heart of healing.
